Where else can I buy your books?

My books are available on Amazon, and my audiobooks on Audible. I can't, however, offer the discounts that you can get here in my store on other retail sites.

How will I get my ebook or audiobook?

Your ebooks are delivered automatically to the email address you used at checkout. You should get an email from BookFunnel immediately upon purchase. If the email hasn’t arrived in five minutes, check your Spam filter.

If you still don't see it, please reach out using the contact form and I'll try to help.

However, if you have any technical questions, the staff at BookFunnel is the best place to start. Email them at help@bookfunnel.com if you have any issues and they'll get you reading in no time.

Your books can also be found in your BookFunnel library!

Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library HERE. 

How do I read my ebook?

You should be able to load your book to most electronic devices. There will be easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions on the download page.

You can also read on your computer using the Chrome or Firefox browser, read in the cloud on your phone, or sideload it onto your device with the help of BookFunnel support.

How do I listen to my audiobook?

Bookfunnel has an App specifically for listening to audiobooks.  You can also stream your audiobook with the BookFunnel cloud player, or with DRM-free MP3 downloads. 

You can also listen to the MP3 files on your computer or on any MP3 playing device, or simply stream to your browser.

What countries do you sell to?

Currently the UK, the US, Canada*, New Zealand, Australia and all 28 member states of the EU.

*Excluding Canadian states Saskatchewan and Manitoba 
How long does shipping take?

On bookplates, please allow for a month. They're coming directly from me in the EU and sent with snail mail.

Art prints and merch is shipped by a company called Printful, a third-party vendor, and shipping information should come in an email from them. 

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, Shopify’s own ShopPay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.
